Karoline Hernández

Soy Karoline Hernández, maestra en Artes Escénicas, egresada de la Universidad de Bellas Artes y exdocente de la misma institución. Durante muchos años me dediqué al arte y a la música, liderando mi propia agrupación y presentándome en distintos escenarios.

Sin embargo, en mi búsqueda personal por sentirme más fuerte, saludable y en equilibrio, decidí formarme como coach en nutrición fitness y deportiva, certificándome en el Instituto IAF de Ciudad de México. Además, cuento con certificación en entrenamiento y ejercicio funcional.

Hace tres años inicié este camino profesional acompañando a personas a transformar sus
hábitos a través de una alimentación balanceada y estratégica, sin extremos, y un entrenamiento inteligente adaptado a su estilo de vida.
